Ages 3-5

Our dance camps for ages 3-5 are the perfect way to introduce your little ones to the world of dance and creativity. These 3-day camps offer a fun and positive environment where dancers can make friends, try new moves, and express themselves through dance. Join us and let your child discover the joy of dancing!

Dance Camp Criteria for 3-5 Year Olds (**This camp is perfect for children who have not yet attended Kindergarten.**)

  1. Potty Training: All children must be fully potty trained.

  2. Separation Comfort: Children should be comfortable being away from their parents or guardians for the full duration of the camp. This helps in maintaining a smooth and focused environment where children can engage fully in the activities without distress.

  3. Behavioral Expectations: Children are expected to behave in a manner that is safe and conducive to learning. This includes following the camp rules, participating in group activities, and showing kindness and consideration towards others.

  4. Listening and Respect: Participants should demonstrate good listening skills and show respect towards their instructors and fellow classmates. This includes following directions, participating in activities, and playing safely and cooperatively with others.

Join us for an exciting three-day dance camp designed for 5-8 year olds! Perfect for those looking to expand their skills, or try something new, our camp features jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop styles with set themes. Have fun, make friends, and create lasting memories while learning new moves.

ASD Summer Dance Intensive - July 14-16

Join our exciting summer dance camp with guest teachers and a variety of dance styles including jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and more. You'll leave with unforgettable memories and personal growth!

Mini Intensive

  • Ages 5-7

  • (Born in 2018, 2019) This intensive is designed for children who have just completed Kindergarten and Grade 1 (Or students who just finished Grade 2 who have minimal dance experience)

  • 9:00am-2:00pm

Junior Intensive

  • Open to Ages 7-10

  • (Born in 2015, 2016, 2017) This intensive is designed for children who have just completed Grade 2, Grade 3, and Grade 4 (Or students who just finished Grade 5 who have minimal dance experience)

  • 9:00am-2:00pm

Intermediate Intensive

  • Open to Ages 10+

  • (Born in 2014 or earlier) This intensive is designed for children who have just completed Grade 5, Grade 6, and Grade 7 (Or those Grade 8 and over with minimal previous dance experience)

  • 12:00pm-5:00pm

Advanced Intensive

  • Open to Ages 14+

  • (Born in 2011 or earlier) This intensive is designed for children who have just completed Grade 8 and above with previous dance experience.

  • 2:00pm-7:00pm

ASD Summer Acro Dance Intensive - August 11-12

Get ready for an exciting experience at the ASD Acro Intensive! This intensive camp is perfect for dance enthusiasts eager to explore the dynamic world of acrobatics. With six hours of engaging sessions, participants will enhance their acro skills and enjoy learning from experienced guest instructors.

Mini Intensive

  • Open to Ages 5-7 (Born in 2018, 2019)

    This intensive is crafted for children who have just completed Kindergarten and Grade 1.

  • Time: 9:00AM-12:00PM (Drop off at 8:45AM)

Junior Intensive

  • Open to Ages 8-10 (Born in 2017, 2016, and 2015)

    This intensive is crafted for children who have just completed Grade 2, Grade 3, and Grade 4 (or Grade 5 + with minimal experience)

  • Time: 9:00AM-12:00PM (Drop off at 8:45AM)

Intermediate Intensive

  • Open to Ages 11+ (with prior acro experience - (Born in 2014 and later)

  • This intensive is crafted for children who have just completed Grade 5+ with previous acro experience

Dress Code/Attire

Choose comfortable, breathable fabrics for the hot weather. Tight shirts or bodysuits are recommended so clothes aren't hazardous when moving upside down. No shoes required - dancers will need to have barefeet!
